Manufacturing, Inspection & Delivery Process
Production is carried out based on standard processes commonly used in the bearing industry, including turning, heat treatment and grinding.
Different materials and structures are selected according to application requirements such as load, movement type and working environment, allowing the products to meet typical industrial usage conditions.
The workshop is equipped with CNC lathes for ring machining, grinding machines for precision surfaces, and assembly stations for rod end units. Daily production is arranged according to order demand as well as regular stock replenishment.
Inspection is performed at multiple stages, including incoming material checking, dimensional and tolerance measurement, assembly inspection, and final rotation and clearance verification. This helps ensure that products can be used directly after delivery without additional processing.
For packing, bearings are supplied in neutral boxes or customized packaging based on customer requirements. Bulk orders are arranged on pallets to ensure stable loading and safe transportation during shipment.
